We operate on a booking-by-appointment basis to ensure every vehicle receives the highest level of care. Deposits secure your time slot and reflect our commitment to premium service.

1. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
  • One reschedule may be allowed using the same deposit (at our discretion).

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15–20 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
  • In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to the appointment.
  • Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before work begins.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
  • Remaining balance is due upon completion via cash, card, or transfer.

6. Service Limitations

  • While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or wear and tear that cannot be removed.
  • Some results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

7. Weather & External Factors (Mobile Services)

  • For mobile detailing, services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unsafe working environments.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue where possible.

9. Liability

  • Black Luxe Official is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Customers agree to disclose any known issues with the vehicle prior to service.
